The circuit is good, the karts are also good. However if you are an international group you should know that they don't speak any English. This is an issue because they didn't explain to us properly the safety rules or the handling of the car, and it's in my opinion not very safe. I think at least having the rules and basic information (like for example what to do with the different flags) just translated with Google or DeepL would be a very easy and very helpful step. And it would have also been a much better experience if the staff would have been friendlier. We got a bit earlier so we managed to see two sessions. In both of them (including ours) the session was stop in the middle so one of the staff could just yell at everybody for a while. Based on the comments of other drivers as well, there was no reason to be this rude or aggressive (nothing really happened). Anyway, I tried to enjoy the most of an otherwise good track and kart, but next time I will be trying Mannheim's track or really any other. Hope this was helpful.

Amazing place to race with your friends, good go karts, organization is ok. Some features are missing, like start lights, lap time board at the finish line so you can see your lap time every lap, position board so you know the status of race at every moment.

Worst customer service i ever encountered i am a tourist i called her 5 hours before going there and told her ill be there in this time is it okay ? She said yes and then after spending almost 70 euros just to get there and 5 hours of my time , she said the track is booked for the rest of the day by bikers and they had it booked long ago. Im like really ? Why didnt u say anything when i called u and u were the same person i talked to? She didnt say anything and then said i cant do anything to help you bye. Really? Is this how we get treated is this how the customer service is here? Im done i cant even trust areas or shops to call since i cant make a booking as she said so
